Meditation practice is very important in our Everyday Life.
This meditation course joins anyone religious or non-religious all are welcome. We are going to teach Breathing meditation, Mindfulness meditation, Samantha meditation and Vipashana meditation course teaches a powerful technique that harmonizes the body, speech and mind complex.
